Go To Your Yahoo In Box Right Now And Do It

1. Open our email. Then just click the 'This is not Junk' tab from the top. You will receive all our important gifts in the future.
2. If you do not find any of our emails, please look in the 'Unread mail in Junk E-Mail folder'. Open our email in the junk folder and then just click the 'This is not Junk' button at the top 
3. Or, simply click on the 'New Contact' button. Add the email to it. And then click on 'Save' given at the top left.

2. Select the screen name inoutpublishing.com (the Origination domain name of the email sender)
3. Now click 'Customize Mail Controls' For This Screen Name
4. For AOL v7.0, include in the section: "exclusion and inclusion parameters", the domain inoutpublishing.com from which email is sent.

   For AOL v8.0, choose "Allow email from all AOL members, email addresses and domains"
6. Choose 'Next'.
7. Choose 'Save' displayed at the bottom.

V. Important Note On AOL 9.0 : AOL 9.0 has become more complicated. The best way is to place an email ID to the "Person I know" buddy list. All mail you receive from this email ID will pass through the filters. So, make sure you ADD our email ID: InOutPublishing at gmail.com and add InOutPublishing.com to your buddy list.

If You Use AOL: 

AOL has a very aggressive filtration system in place to block SPAM from filling your inbox. Unfortunately, even if you requested to receive email from a certain address, it can get blocked out by AOL's spam filters.

You can make sure you receive our newsletter by adding Roy@InOutPublishing.com ,  and add InOutPublishing at gmail.com to your address book and approved list.

Additionally, AOLs new SPAM controls will recognize what kinds of email you consistently delete and in about a week will automatically delete these emails from your inbox.

For example, if you do not open our email for about a week, AOL will automatically block you from receiving any additional messages from our address.

We recommend that you open each correspondence  at the first convenient time when it arrives in your inbox.

If you are not receiving the messages, we recommend that you contact AOL and request they unblock Roy@InOutPublishing.com, InOutPublishing at gmail.com so you may continue receiving our correspondence.

Thanks to unscrupulous spammers, many Internet Service Providers (ISP) will block all of the email sent to your inbox. Even if you request to receive this email. 

Therefore you must take action to receive the emails you request. 

While we make every effort to deliver the emails you request from us, we need your help!

You should receive a confirmation email to join our newsletter within 5 minutes. If this confirmation email does not reach your inbox, we recommend that you contact your ISP to find out why you are not receiving this message.

Generally, you should be able to add Roy@InOutPublishing.com to your address book safe list or approved senders list. This should allow you to receive all of our newsletter issues.

Please take a few minutes to go and add our email address to your approved list right now.

Tips to Avoid Problems: 

There are four things you can do in order to make certain you receive our mailings.

1. Add us to your approved list. As we already mentioned, you can add Roy@InOutPublishing.com to your approved list which should allow messages to be properly delivered to you.

2. Contact your ISP or ESP. If you still do not receive email from us, then you should contact your ISP or Email Service Provider (ESP) for additional support help.

3. Use a POP3 account AND a web-based account. Join our list with your regular ISP email address (POP3) and a web-based account (Such as Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) By using multiple email addresses, with different services and delivered at different locations, you should be able to receive the information you requested.

4. Let us know if you continue to have trouble. We will make every effort to get you the information you requested. If you still are unable to receive our newsletter, email me directly at inoutpublishing at gmail.com and we will do what we can to get the information to you.

If "Prosperity" Newsletter is filtered, from the spambox, click on the white "W" icon on the left column of the mailing. When the pop-up window comes up, simply click the Add to Whitelist button.

Check your 'Probably Spam' folder. If you see that "inoutpublishing" correspondence is incorrectly filtered out, select it, and click the 'Move to Inbox and Mark as Not Spam' button.

If this option is not available, try moving the message to your 'inbox' or forwarding the message to yourself. 

If subsequent messages continue to be filtered, call or e-mail your ISP's technical support 
and ask how you can be sure to receive all e-mail from Roy@InOutPublishing.com

If they need to know the domain we're mailing from, tell them: inoutpublishing.com , InOutPublishing.com

 If one of your emails is being filtered, try adding our domain "inoutpublishing.com or our correspondence 'From' or 'Reply-to' address to your address book or contact list. 

If this option is not available, try moving the message to your 'inbox' or forwarding the message to yourself.

Inform your ISP or Email Provider or the person in your organization responsible for your email that you want to receive all communications from a particular domain. Tell them that you want to recieve all emails from "Inoutpublishing.com

Doing this will ensure that, you continue to receive our information without
a break.  

You will find that your "Graymail" folder contains all possible spam email. The Graymail folder is located on the Spam Control page, but only after you activate the "Filter" option. If you don't activate the filter, then there is no Graymail folder.

If you have enabled Spam Control, they have also created an email address for you to send your feedback. Hence, if you get email identified by the system as <<POTENTIAL-SPAM>> but it isn't (e.g. ours!), then make sure you immediately convey that information to notspammail@attglobal.net.

You are now able to generate a daily Quarantine report, listing all blocked messages for your e-mail address and providing a "One-Click" release function to retrieve an incorrectly blocked message. When releasing a quarantined message from the daily Quarantine report, it is also possible to add the sender's address to a whitelist, ensuring all further e-mail from that sender bypass the spam filter.

If you suspect that e-mail is being incorrectly filtered please report it to Seanet as soon as possible. Messages quarantined by the sieve filter system are reviewed for false positive indications of spam.You should email spamfilter@seanet.com as well if you think that legitimate emails are not reaching you and you wish to recover them.

Look for "Options" in the Spam filter software that you have installed in your computer. Then give permissions for all emails from inoutpublishing.com to be in your inbox or unfiltered (white list).  

Repeat for InOutPublishing at gmail.com

When all else fails try again.  The best way is change your subscription email ID from Yahoo, Hotmail, Excite etc to a proper One.

If you have your own spam filtering software, you may also need to add our domains there so that they pass through.

Whitelisting Other ISPs:

All ISPs differ somewhat, but the basic concept is the same. ISPs nearly always give you help or instructions about whitelisting. However,...

If you really can't find any information on how to add domains to a whitelist, you need to call or e-mail your ISP's tech support. Ask them specifically how you can be certain of receiving email from all of the domain (listed above).

Whitelisting Other Email Services:

Each mail service differs, but the basic concept described above is the same. Alternatively, try moving a message you HAVE received from us from the Junk folder to the 'inbox' or just forward the message to yourself.

If your email continues to be filtered out, you definitely need to call or email your tech support people or "postmaster@your-mailservice.com" and ask them to explain how you can be certain to receive all email from our specified domains. You should mention all the domains we have already listed for you above.

Whitelisting Spam Filter Software:

If you are using a client-side third-party spam filter (ex., McAfee SpamKiller) to augment your e-mail software, please indicate to that filtering software to accept the senders email domain(s).

Either add the desired email domains (listed on the page underneath this one) to some kind of a white list (or a "good list" or similar name), or click to indicate that mail filtered into a "Junk" folder is not junk -- all systems follow similar patterns, but the names may change. It is usually pretty straightforward, but you may need to search the software's help for a bit of direction.

What To Do If Your Internet Service Provider REFUSES To Whitelist Email You Have Requested...

In general, most ISPs and email providers WILL "whitelist" (i.e. allow safe passage through their spam filters and not block or delete it) any email you specifically request should be whitelisted

So, if you have ANY trouble whitelisting these domains and email addresses we have given you, contact your ISP or mail service by email, web form, or even directly by phone.

However, be cautious of any who refuse to do whitelist email for you. This is your legal right, i.e. to receive email that you have specifically requested and want. They have no legal right to stop you getting it! Remember that if they won't cooperate with you, then their competitors will be more than glad to have your business!

Hence, if an ISP or mail service refuses to whitelist (and they may actually not admit this openly), and instead tries to convince you that we are at fault, you should seriously consider taking your business elsewhere. And you should definitely make them very aware of that possibility.

Hotmail Users: Place the domain InOutPublishing.com on your Safe List, so that you can receive our emails. The safe list can be accessed via the "Options" link next to the main menu tabs.

AOL: Place the domain inoutpublishing.com in your Address Book.

Yahoo! Mail: If one of our correspondence is filtered to your 'bulk' folder, open the message and click on the "this is not Spam" link next to the "From" field. The same goes for any other e-mail you receive that doesn't belong there.

Other email services: Place the domain inoutpublishing.com on your email filter's whitelist. You may need to search your email help menu for details on how to do this. Depending on software/version, they may call a "whitelist," a "good list" or similar name. Adding the addresses; Roy@inoutpublshing.com to your address book may help too.
