Ever have problems with Tech support?
June 6th, 2008If you live in America and your support is from India you can try chatting with them online. It’s much easier to read what they are saying than trying to understand it over the phone. And while we’re at it, I have noticed a couple of companies (not mentioning their names) who have idiots in America providing their support. In these cases I have deliberately sought Indians help due to the mere arrogance and non-help provided by my fellow countrymen.
Not to be negative mind you.

I’ll tell you. There is a very well kept secret that involves a bunch of tools and written by a major coder and an ex-google quarterback that is coupled with a number of members who are all dedicated to helping each other.
