Non Disclosure Agreement

This agreement is designed to keep you informed as to the rights of use of our copyrighted material in our relationship

I, the undersigned, agree to hold all information concerning InOutPublishing's Materials in the strictest of confidence.

I will not divulge the information obtained to any person who may experience personal gain from such information.

All materials will remain in my possession, or within my office or home environment at all times.

All discussions concerning InOutPublishing's materials and any business opportunity will be confined to the undersigned.

I wholeheartedly agree not to use any of the materials created by InOutPublishing for any personal financial gain.

Prior to exposure of any materials created by InOutPublishing to any and all other parties, permission must be granted by Roy Leonhardt and InOutPublishing authorized representative.

I further agree to destroy or return any and all materials if our relationship is dissolved and upon completed utilization of InOutPublishing Materials .

This agreement is bound for all time and not open to a finalizing date
